Work at home is literally the only thing positive about this company and my position.

I worked for Entrata from 2017-2018 and it was a very decent work from home position at that time. Fast forward to 2024 and I barely recognize this company. I am extremely unhappy here at Entrata and just waiting to find another job so I can resign. I have been back for a little over 6 mths and my mental health has been declining since started here in May. The callers are extremely rude and getting worse because all the properties we handle calls for hide and don’t answer their phones so we get all those types plus all the emergency work orders the property doesn’t want to take care of. I started at $13 and still only make $13 per hr although I’m ranked top 50 out of 300 agents based on my call quality and other stats. I started as a seasonal employee just to get back in ( because now they outsource most of there positions) I’m addition to low pay, I received no paid or unpaid time off benefits during that 4 mth Period. I missed a day due to being sick and received a verbal warning some I had no time to use. My supervisor just informed me during a 1:1 about this a week ago because if this I won’t be eligible for a raise until quarter 2 next year. Since I received this PIP. I explained to them that I needed that day off because of my mental health and I was also getting close to my son being deported and the first thing my supervisor said to me was (“you know what he signed up for, didn’t you?) Also, look up the controversial antisemitic email the CEO sent in 2022 that caused them millions of dollars due to investors pulling out.
