Extremely low pay with calls always waiting in the que - Customer Service Representative Entrata Employee Review

For as much business as they were getting I feel like they could have paid their employees a little bit better. And don't even try to take a break to run to the restroom or to finish up your notes by hitting the ox button cuz you'll never hear the end of it it was almost ridiculous. Management is always breathing down your neck.
