Pros

There are no pros to name. This place pays 11$ per hour. That does not work in 2022. They say you can take "certifications" to get up to $13 but really? Gross. No upward movement, not a career, job remains stagnant.

Cons

In January of 2022, the ceo literally sent gov officials insane emails about anti vax conspiracy theories, was antisemitic, and overall unhinged. Was made to step down. Other cons include: Low pay, does not keep up with modern day costs. ($11 p/h to start no negotiation) 60 seconds between call times. Absolutely no help. Angry customers call looking to speak to someone who can actually do something because all the properties are run by slum management companies who can't be bothered to have people in the main office. You can't really help the customers. High deductible insurance plan. Insane turnover because everyone is leaving for jobs that pay a living wage. Management hides the pay in ads, I didn't find out pay until well into the interview process. They will literally hire anyone off the street. Their time off system is ridiculous. If you need half an hour off, you have to work quadruple the time to make it up. Place is run by incompetent nobodies with huge egos and power trips. Micromanagement is insane. Seriously, please don't work here. Literally any other call center job will pay you more, don't waste your time here for pennies.

Pros

I have a pretty good group of team members. My mid-level supervisor is also easy to work with and supportive.

Cons

Entrata does not care about their employees, or even their products/services. This is made clear by insane workloads, exhausting meetings with escalated clients, and a “standard” 3% (if you are exceeding expectations and lucky) raise. I do moderately technical work that requires a decent amount of experience, as well as a client facing and internal leadership role, and I don’t make what is considered a “living wage” in Utah, even after years of working here. Execs seem to be having a great time partying at Summit with the most expensive celebrities they can book (Seinfeld, James Cordon, Tom Brady, Weezer…) but absolutely do not care about the uninvited staff who are working to support their client retention and their low-bar concept of product integrity.
