I wasn't going to share my experience working with Entrata but with recent happenings I think it is time. Take a look at the employees of Entrata, especially at upper levels. You will see it is essentially all white men, then do a deeper dive and see which schools and churches they are affiliated with and you will see they are all LDS. With this, came a culture of exclusion. If you are not part of the LDS Boys club then expect the bottom of the barrel assignments and you must be happy about it or you will be treated with animosity or cut from the company as a patsy. I shared information about the discrimination I faced at the company during my exit interview before the Bateman fiasco and nothing was done about it to my knowledge since that person still works there and is likely facing a promotion. I did not share this information with HR during my tenure at Entrata due to being newer to the company and not feeling safe in my position to share my story. I've never worked for a company where corporate politics ran so deep that they were basically ran by an organization outside of itself. Poor "leaders" use the company values as weapons to really keep people in line and not as a way to build people up and give autonomy.
