Pros

Honestly, the best thing about working here is the people. Another benefit would be the kitchen that's (usually) stocked with stuff to make PB&J's, granola bars, and occasionally a banana or apple.

Cons

The biggest joke about this job was actually the interview. It was a group interview and there were five of us. One of them was 15 minutes late, and one girl actually had her cell phone ringer on loud, receiving texts all throughout the interview and responding back and not paying attention to the interview. Everyone in the room got hired. As a "leasing agent"... you really aren't even a "leasing agent" you're a "pre-leasing agent".. Which is the most frustrating part of this job. You can't assist 80 percent of the people that call in with the questions they have for you. So basically, you are making customers mad because they expect to speak with someone on site, and they realize you aren't on site and hang up. Which is the most frustrating thing about any job, is not being able to fully do your job. Also if you're looking for a job that's a little more relaxed, look elsewhere. There is never a break in between calls EVER, (unless you work a graveyard shift) and if you take longer than normal to type up your notes in between calls your supervisor will annoyingly remind you. One of the other frustrating things about the job, is that you get graded on your calls. They pick two randomly out off the hundreds of calls you have that week, and if you fail so many calls you could be put on probation. Even when you build a great relationship with the person over the phone, if you don't gather all of their info, its a failed call.

Pros

I have a pretty good group of team members. My mid-level supervisor is also easy to work with and supportive.

Cons

Entrata does not care about their employees, or even their products/services. This is made clear by insane workloads, exhausting meetings with escalated clients, and a “standard” 3% (if you are exceeding expectations and lucky) raise. I do moderately technical work that requires a decent amount of experience, as well as a client facing and internal leadership role, and I don’t make what is considered a “living wage” in Utah, even after years of working here. Execs seem to be having a great time partying at Summit with the most expensive celebrities they can book (Seinfeld, James Cordon, Tom Brady, Weezer…) but absolutely do not care about the uninvited staff who are working to support their client retention and their low-bar concept of product integrity.
