Terrible work life balance. If there is a problem with the software (and there always is) and you're even remotely able to assist then you're expected to drop whatever you're doing at home and get involved. They also require Product Dev Managers to work 3-6 hours at night to assist their teams in India and be on call 24-7 for major issues though they do not cover your phone bills/internet get you a work phone or anything even close. There are also no bonuses except a Christmas gift and a required trip to their cabin in the mountains in the middle of winter where there will be no alcohol, no family, and a good chance of being snowed in with your co workers. That brings me to the "we're family" culture crap. They call the cabin trip a "family reunion", they ask people to make donations if one of the employees has some big hardship, and while that one is nice I cant help but notice how the company doesn't offer to match the donations and how promoting the family attitude is great for retaining downtrodden workers with crap pay.
Also, I'm pretty sure the CEO is a sociopath, but whose CEO isn't these days?
