Very bad experience - Software Developer Enthralltech Employee Review

1.No SRS process followed for development 2.No work satisfaction 3.Salary appraisals (of guys who actual works) are not on-time. (But it is on time for those who creates bubble of their work in front of management) 4.HR department guys are not available for employees. They are only puppets of management 5.There is no provision for security of employees who work late on nights(due to poor management skills of managers) 6. Management forces employees to give positive feedback on social media. This is the biggest disadvantage.
