Pros
Nice people. Stable job. Great pay. The environment is very friendly and people are very helpful from day one. They go out of their way to help you. Little Rock is around forty five minutes drive and plenty of things to do and see there.
Cons
Not much innovation. Work gets monotonous. Location is not very good. Not a whole lot to do. Crime rate is very high in the area. There are not a good number of restaurants in the area. School system is not good at all. Roads are not very good. Needs a lot of work. It is scary to go out at night without being fearful of being mugged.
