Pros
The company has good engineering leadership in the platform. Very good top leaders, engineering director . dynamic , technical and vvery kind and caring for people. .The top leader conducts ask me sessions and solves team issues. Youngest leader Entain has, is very capable. But don't have a strong layer below. ENtire layer below is medicore. Starting from head of engineering to engineering managers . engineering manager who have been here for the last 10 years are not changing and always ready to do more work and deliver low quality work .
Cons
Bad engineering managers and heads of engineering are not strong . EM Completes the work allways without documentaion . No documentaion and everything in people head for last 15 years. Agile process is good but EM need to follow more.They need to be replaced with new people who can follow the guidance of engieering director and change things like some other engineering manager currently doing.
