Low pay and Poor leadership - Field Technician Enstep Technology Solutions Employee Review

Was promised 40hrs a week at a low contract rate. After a year I got a 17 cent raise. They promised me at hike in pay, to be permanent. They went back on their word and offered me pay that would make me lose even more money. I was making 17hr contract. The owner, Amy told me she was paying me contract rates. I told her she wasn't so she threatened to fire me. Not too long after the company let me go because they used their company as a personal bank and used company money to finance a year long vacation. Probably the worst company i have ever worked for.
