People are at the heart of Amido (friends that do) and, as CEO, I consider our staff’s wellbeing and welfare to be one of my main priorities. The nature of consulting means we work with a variety of clients who are at different points of their journey with Agile and its principles, and it’s our job to advise and guide them along that journey. We always strive to work on interesting and challenging technical projects, as we understand the importance of finding these for our employees to keep them engaged and challenged in the best way possible.
