In 2.5 years, I only received a 1% raise. Some of the managers are young-ish and obviously aren't used to dealing with anybody who stands up to them or defends themselves. The attendance policy is brutal. It's punitive against people who may have to leave during the work day due to sickness or when there is a failure of utilities for remote workers... which is obviously completely beyond the employees control. There are constant staffing issues. Bonuses may or may not be given. There is an immense amount to remember and it changes frequently. Metrics and quality expectations are quite high.
