Poor management from top to bottom in leadership. Home office in Ohio does not care to investigate issues and local upper leadership seem to cover up why so many people quit. The pay is laughable. No PTO is allowed as the reason given is that we are so short handed. If you have to miss work because you need see a doctor and was denied PTO, you get points. Poor healthcare insurance as it won’t pay for basic care, critical testing like MRI or anything else. No merit raises at all as you cannot take the required CRCR examination to qualify for raises and bonuses because management will not allow you to do it on the clock. Supervisor has no companionship towards her subordinates; she always disrespect people. Extremely high stress levels for amount of pay. Lastly you are encouraged to contact Ask Shannon or Justin for these types of issues, but beware you will be forced out of job soon after because local upper management will make it hard on you and will find a way to get rid of you.
