Ensemble focuses on ensuring that People are first, last and always! That includes the community in which we serves, the employees and clients we work for. Ensemble is a fast-growing company that has shined well above their competitors in the industry. The growth speaks for itself and reflects the impact the company has on the revenue cycle world. Ensemble represents with a solid cultural foundation, values and highly motivated individuals that strive to make a difference. They work hard at trying to improve the company as a whole on a daily basis, this includes benefits, incentives, PTO accrual, etc. I am happy to be apart of this growing company that strives to make a difference in the revenue cycle world.

Cons

I am sure if you look hard enough you can find cons in any company.

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
