Overall Ensemble is a great place to work. There is so much learn from their experienced and knowledgeable team. They do a lot to stay engaged with the associates and make work fun.

Cons

Any employer has flaws. But I’ve been here for 4 years, and have no plans to leave.

We’re so glad that you took the time to write in. We truly want to make Ensemble Health Partners a great place to work. And one of the ways that we do that is to provide the opportunity for our associates to learn and grow. Yes, we work hard – but from top to bottom, we hold each other accountable to improve. Being surrounded by a team of top performers is something that we’re so grateful to be a part of each and every day! Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
