Pros
- Fantastic leadership, open door (slack) policy and extremely approachable - Opinions and ideas are valued - The team as a whole has a "go get it" attitude - job titles are thrown out the window and anyone/everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves to work together - Growth appears strong as a company, and the team size is growing as a reflection of that
Cons
There's honestly not too many cons, but a few (which are expected in a company growing as e123 is): - Not a strong sense of career growth trajectory. There are promotions and internal hirings, so that's not an issue. But there isn't a strong sense of understanding where you personally want to go and if that's possible/how to get there - Pro and a con: leadership is cautious to not overextend on resources during a growth period. This is good as it allows the company to be in a position to support employees rather than hiring in hopes that the company will keep growing quickly enough to support the investment. But also makes for some growing pain sections as the workload grows and leadership is waiting to make sure the growth is sustained enough to bring on additional help.
