Pros
There was a lot of freedom to conduct outreaches and events in ways that worked best for us. A lot of flexibility in terms of being able to work remotely too.
Cons
Goals started to get out of control- once you would hit goals management would increase them so you'd have to work extra hours to meet them. Once you'd meet those goals, they'd increase them again until it was regular to be working 80 hour weeks (while getting paid for 40). Everybody got burnt out very quickly. We were also discouraged from attending ACA information sessions, with management saying we don't need to know it as it's not in our job description, despite working in situations where we would be asked a ton of questions about the ACA.
