Pros
There were a really great working ambience. Also, the view, the atmosphere is great. Besides, in a small company, it is possible to handle project on your own and to feel like contributing a lot.
Cons
It was a bit far from downtown London. But it remains in a quiet and peaceful environment. Also, the tube help to get easily and rather quickly to the centre.
