Pros
Smart colleagues. Company has some policies in place that protect employees, but should and could be better.
Cons
Malicious intent. High turnover. People don't stay for long and there's a good reason for it. Inept managers that are in dire need of coaching and training. Taking time off is frowned upon. Working while sick is celebrated.
