Toxic work environment, really low crappy raises, people are promoted to supervisor/manager with ZERO experience in that department. Clearly, only if you are in the Manager's/VP's favor will you get a promotion but hard work and dedication will only get you more hard work to do. If you speak up or try to talk about mistreatment, then they just retaliate.
