      Company is in prime location, once in a year u will be taken to some resort, which is not a pro but from companies point of view its a pro

      In 1word its a school type. Fellow employees are not allowed to talk to other employees

      Pros

      Enlighten is full of bright and intelligent people. It is the best company culture that I have ever worked in. There is endless opportunity for growth since Enlighten is growing so rapidly in the States. Everyone is always willing to help and I genuinely look forward to coming to work every day.

      Cons

      None that are not expected. The role is 100% travel so if you do not enjoy travel, this wouldn't be the right role for you. I love traveling and how every day is different.
