Pros

I have been working with Enlighten for 12 years. I have always found the working environment to be excellent. The industry is extremely interesting and it is a joy to alway be working with different clients assisting them to reach their operational excellence goals. The executive team are passionate about what they do and invested in achieving high standards for their clients and the Enlighten team. Flexibility is awarded as needed, creating a balance when necessary while working hard to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Cons

There can be a fair amount of travel at times. That suits many people. I don’t mind in small doses.

Pros

-They have made a genuine commitment (financial and through company policies) to work life balance and promoting flexible work practices - Excellent company benefits for a firm their size - Access to work with a variety of companies across industries and countries - Ability to work across departments and upskill in different roles - Autonomy and creativity are encouraged. Engineering teams are amazing business partners who listen to client issues and get involved with solving problems experienced by staff and clients

Cons

- This is a professional services firm so there will be some peaks and troughs in workload that come with a consulting practice

- 4-Day workweek / great work-life balance - Good pay - A few dedicated individuals who do the work of many

Cons

- Co-founders spend more time fighting each other than focusing on building the business - Too many individuals are happy with collecting their checks without challenging the status quo - Toxic office politics and cliquiness - Lack of new business
