      100% remote company, fun annual company-wide retreat, good pay

      Cons

      Company growth has outpaced leadership development. Management team has minimal understanding of good business practices, as evidenced by a very high turnover rate. Employees are paid very well, leveraging them to remain within a toxic environment.

      I've worked in this field for 25+ years and Enjoin is top notch for many reasons! I'm so glad to be a part of this company. You are warmly welcomed to the TEAM!!! You are treated respectfully, professionally and valued by everyone from the President, Physicians, all Departments, Departmental Manager, as well as your Department Team. Your insight and experience matter to them. Communication, education, support and the necessary tools and benefits are provided to you. This encourages and assists you in being successful in your daily work/personal life balance. The culture is one of positivity. You feel valued as a person and as an employee. I can finally say that I enjoy coming to work each day.
