Very poor leadership. Leadership does not want to evolve with change and is completely reactive to change.

There are some great co-workers and supervisors. Serve the community and enjoy new things and experiences daily.

Vast disconnect between rank/file and upper tiers. They are out of touch with what it means to be a police officer. They impose standards and requirements on you which they never met nor could they. A very selective moral compass guides them to ridiculousness.
