      An excellent body of people across departments who are proficient and friendly. Many opportunities for overseas assignments ranging from 3 months to 4 years.

      Cons

      gradual dismantling of the community culture by corporate policy and HR. Limited to no opportunities for development or assignment unless you are an engineer. Non technical departments severely underpaid.
