      sometimes can have very poor time management and planning from the senior, pretty chaotic at some times

      Great company who will go far. Good team around.

      Cons

      A company where the blame culture is high. Doesn't support staff who need support. I.e (dyslexia) felt let down. Felt like a number and not an individual in London office.
