Management makes changes every other week and doesn't consult teachers, but the changes affect their working hours and workload. You are forced to sign a contract that basically allows them to keep your documents (forget about getting them back even when you are no longer an employee). This makes it hard to seek employment at another institution or school, because you don't have all the documents you need to apply for a new residence permit and work visa. The salary is on the lower end of the scale (in comparison to schools and other education companies).
