Pros
You will gain lots of experience in a low-pressure environment. The students are motivated and fun to teach. Materials are good and pre-made.
Cons
Some EFs will send you off to elementary/high schools in the morning, split shifts can be tiring. Some teachers work insane hours without many breaks, but it depends on the school.
