Pros
Great company and great people. The BDM position had to get accounts for account managers even if the BDM was more skilled. The difference between the two are the account managers have a bachelors degree in the BDM does not. So to become an account manager the BDM has to give accounts or find accounts for an account manager so you gotta work twice as hard.
Cons
I think that the college degree days are wearing them because you can have a college degree and be an account manager and not be productive. You can also be a BDM and do phenomenal. What is the basis of skill and not just education?
