      Pros

      England is experiencing tremendous growth which provides many opportunities for its employees to succeed. You can tell that managers want their teams to do well and there is plenty of room for promotion within the company. While very busy on a day-to-day basis, company culture is a work hard, play hard mentality. Upper management really does care about employees and that fosters a culture where employees care about each other.

      Cons

      The PTO policy is pretty lacking, but comparable to other companies in the industry. To be successful in any sales role in the company you need to be able to make cold calls, you cannot count on the leads you receive from marketing to be adequate for you to succeed.
