Great environment and friendly co workers

Sometimes didn’t have enough work for interns or work was boring.

There are really no pros about this company.

Not only is everyone there not helpful but do not expect proper training or resources. They have very under educated and ignorant people working for them. The only educated one is the owner and a few others. They also do not know that some of the people that they hired are actually scamming them by pretending to work hard but actually are not working hard enough. If you are not a redneck racist then you should forget about working here. They have very condesending people that work there and will post articles about you online via FB or Twitter during the work day. They are not helpful at all and there business practices are crap. They have outdated equipment and trying to get anything done properly was a headache. If you enjoy an environement where everyone has no respect for each other and does not help each other then this place is for you. The cursing and foul language was constant and absolutely no professionalism. Upper management is very condescending and it should be a one man show. If you do not kiss his ass then forget about it. Not only are they not productive but they rip people off by making up fake numbers. I am suprised that this company is still in business. They have no internal control and have no structure. This company is the poster child of what is wrong with American businesses and why they collapse. I would not recommend this company for anyone that has half a brain and actually likes to be treated fairly.
