Pros
Benefits are great. Consultants are encouraged to take at least 160 hrs/year of flex time off, and the company returns over 70% of earnings to its employees via salary, bonuses, 401k match, HSA, and other benefits. The bonus structure can be very rewarding -- the more hours you bill to clients, the more you get paid. My experience has been that colleagues and supervisors are friendly and supportive.

Workload fluctuates according to what jobs come in, so at times hours can be long.
