Engineering New Zealand offers great flexibility including working from home and flexible hours. They also offer unlimited wellbeing leave. There's a great culture with quite a few social events.

Salaries aren't as good as what you'd get elsewhere and there's limited career growth opportunities, although they do provide training opportunities which is a plus.

It's clear that Engineering New Zealand values it's staff. There are multiple benefits and initiatives which make this evident: an open and approachable leadership group, flexibility, unlimited wellness leave, lots of fun social events, special interest groups, five weeks of annual leave, long service leave, beautiful office space, onsite massages, etc.
