Would not recommend - Project Manager Engineered Tower Solutions Employee Review

Little room for growth, overworked employees who all hate their jobs, extremely negative attitude towards any employees who try to better any process/procedure, poor upper management decisions, numerous employees that don’t do anything but are paid the same as top performers, poorly trained field guys leaving PMs to jump through hoops to solve never ending issues, bad company moral (teams of employees who don’t speak to each other), low pay in comparison to other engineering companies
