Nothing, nada. There are no pros of working in this company unless you love getting depressed and crying for your salary.
Cons
- No salaries on time, 2-3 months delayed. Only half salary paid most of the times. - They don't know how to manage clients and cheat them. - They won't give your salary if you leave the organization, i'm still waiting on my salary from 2 years. - They will ask you to work even if you're sick, no employee care. They just want you to work like a animal for no money. - You'll have to work on all the weekends if you want to keep your job, otherwise they'll say you are not performing well. - Please don't join this company otherwise you'll only have regrest. The CEO's have no idea what they're doing and will just take work out of you without paying. So much employee surveillance, They have cameras and tracking software on each laptop where they track and see your screen, they don't trust any employee, and they don't pay them.
