Business outlook

Pros

* Ample amount of learning in all domains * Work-life balance * Taste of both world i.e. startup and big companies * Balanced compensation * People are from very strong technical backgrounds. * Excellent Hikes I joined back EngineerBabu after two years. Earlier I worked with EB since inception in 2014 and then I joined back in 2017 as Business Development manager because I love the work culture, learning, and people. They always keep people first. Mayank Sir is a great mentor. I left EB this time because my husband shifted.

Cons

Like any other small companies, EB also has some challenges like delay in salary but the good part is the management taking a lot of efforts to solve it asap. And ups and downs are the part of the business. So, I would still recommend working here, the learning you will get at EngineerBabu you will not get in any other company of Indore.
