Pros
If you can work independently, it's a great company to work for, even better if you can work from home. There is a great break room and gym with some items-a treadmill, bike, some bands, weights, etc and a locker style bathroom to change in.
Cons
I guess this is anywhere you work, but catty coworkers, rude managers (some even say it's not their job to do such and such and that's the end of the story), work loads can be hefty if you're a good worker and they keep pouring more and more and more on you.
