      Working from home. Exposure to some great brands.

      Cons

      Horrible business outlook with no real strategy. Leadership = cliques and nepotism. Exploitative salaries for juniors and POC. Roles are so fluid that you never get to grow and are constantly being repositioned onto newer, more lacklustre projects. Clients are continually disappointed by work, but teams cherry-pick vanity metrics to make it seem like things are okay. “Feedback” is often personal and mean, and applied differently based on whether you’re longtime friends with leadership members.
