Pros

Working with a team that is passionate and believes in our core value, that people are our passion! Not only does this apply to the clients and participants we work with, but within our own team which is composed of very supportive, thoughtful, and appreciative people who constantly bring positivity and strength to our team.

Cons

Not so much a con, but the opportunity to take on additional tasks outside of your role happens frequently so you must be a self-starter and someone who doesn’t wait around for somebody else to give you the answers. Because we move fast, seeking out additional resources and some self teaching is sometimes necessary.

Pros

We have a fantastic, visionary founder who is a mentoring expert and who demonstrates her appreciation for each member of our team. We are a committed group of smart, adaptable, fun people who cultivate thoughtful relationships with our clients. We've built and continue to enhance our software platform and mentoring programs to be the best in the world.

Cons

None for me, though as an entrepreneurial company that is scaling, we think and move quickly and this kind of environment is not for everyone.

Pros

Engage Mentoring was my first job straight out of college and I've been here through a lot of changes. We're a small company that thrives on a really tight knit relationship with each other. I love that we work from home (pre and post pandemic) and have a lot of freedom to work at our own pace and are trusted to get things done on time without needing to be micro-managed. I appreciate the freedom a lot. It's also just a fun group to be part of, it's a very friendly place to be and I enjoy all of our clients and love getting to chat with people who are geared up and excited about mentoring and helping people achieve and succeed.

Cons

Because we're a small team, you tend to wear many, many hats and that can sometimes be a bit chaotic. Things also change rather quickly around here, which isn't a con so much as it's just something to note that keeps you very much on your toes.
