Enerquip is an amazing place to work. It's small, which means you can make decisions that truly impact the company. I really appreciate that my voice is heard and that we make decisions together as a team. Family is also priority at Enerquip. No one misses the important things in life while working here.

If you're looking for big city, look elsewhere. Enerquip is located in a small town in the heart of Wisconsin.

Top notch employees and management team. Excellent benefit package. Lots of little extra things that make employees feel special. Everyone truly cares about each other and the company as a whole. We are a family.

None. I guess location could be a con if you are looking to live in a city with a lot of culture and things to do. (No mall, not much for stores, no concerts/music venues, limited restaurants/food places to go, but Wausau, Marshfield, & Eau Claire are not too far and have many more options).
