Cons
Corporate is a extremely political and those that are "yes" men and tell the leadership, especially the CEO what he wants to hear are fast tracked. Recent promotions are an indication of this. Bonus system is based on financial goals that are unattainable, hence the employees gain little value. Additionally, poor performers receive the same bonus as the top performers. No incentive to go above and beyond. They speak of a growth company that is operationally excellent: however top line grown has shrunk year over year and the operations are failing: quality, delivery, safety issues due to lack of investment.
