Great work environment for those who are will to learn and adapt. The company encourages those who take initiative and solve issues out of their job descriptions. The company has grown rapidly these last three years and there will be some good opportunities as the mining industry improves.
Cons
There has been a series of buyouts and mergers by the company over the last few years that has resulted in a lot of employee turnover and has led to a decrease in morale.
