Cons
Upper management is clueless... as is the CEO... i think his name is like Bob? Mark? Stan?? it doesn't really matter because he's just as clueless as everyone else there. The irony of this company is that it's whole existence is based upon them selling and creating a platform that is centered around employee engagement. The last thing they care about there is the employees. Hey remember that commission structure that we promised you for the whole year? Just kidding! Here's some pizza. Hey remember we used to give you off the week between Christmas and New Year's for working hard throughout the year? Well that's gone now too! Here eat this free pizza!
