Pros
First class culture - within the UK and the wider Western Europe region, everyone is supportive and friendly. Change within the Company occurs in a collaborative way. Welcoming - we have worked really hard to ensure our recruitment and onboarding process is a positive, informative and welcoming experience. Innovation and shared goals - new products launch!! Whilst I am not directly involved in Design or Sales, I feel part of this exciting innovation.
Cons
We are a large Company and are present in over 50 countries, therefore it can take longer to understand the organisational structure and find the right decision maker - but we get there!
