      Big EnerSys has fantastic benefits.

      Cons

      Very poor management, extremely toxic work environment. Management NEVER works together, only against each other. Poor communication with contradicting information. Poor coordination, zero accountability, no feedback or acknowledgement of work. Complete and utter chaos.

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
