Pros
Positive culture, good relationships with team members made stressful days less stressful. Managers would check in a lot which I appreciated.
Cons
When Endsleigh turned to Howden, I understand changes needed to be made but asking people to come into an office 5 days a week instead of just the 1 we were used to, just wasn’t for me.
