Pros

The college is right by the ocean, which is very nice. You can walk to the beach for lunch. The new president of Endicott seems able and willing to make positive changes.

Cons

The people are awful. I was made to feel unwelcome within weeks of starting my job when one of my coworkers expressed that she thought my position was unnecessary. It's been very difficult just trying to do the basics of my position.

*Beautiful location on the ocean *Working with Vinwood Catering *Grateful clients *Great benefits/vacation time

Cons

*Middle and upper management: old school ways of thinking, inflexible, micromanagers *Working every weekend in the summer (and every season there are staffing shortages, so you're required to pick up additional events without extra compensation) *ALL Operations Managers either get fired or quit within 1-2 years due to the dysfunctional corporate culture *Did not feel valued in the slightest at this company
