The staff are the biggest pro, everyone is very friendly and helpful. They want you to succeed and help you do so with lost of opportunities for growth and training to help you get there. You work with a wide array of clients which keeps the work interesting and a good level of challenging which makes you feel like your skills are improving. Overall it is a very good place to work. the people being the main reason for this.

Lack of convenient free parking due to being in the city centre but you have the advantage of being close to a lot of things. Paid parking is close to office but a small con as the location is very good.

- Central location near transport, so very easy to get as far away from there when you’re done for the day. - Will pay for you to do Microsoft certifications if that’s relevant to you

- Terrible leadership IMO. Passive Aggressive most of the time. Aggressive the remainder of the time. Have been screamed at by leadership. Totally unprofessional. - Extreme Micromanagement. Told how to work. Give you enough independence that if anything goes wrong it’s fully your fault and not theirs. - 80/20 WFH split. Everywhere else is 60/40 or 40/60. Again, I believe this to be a lack of trust in employees and micromanagement. - Yet to work in another office where my every minute was monitored through leadership and CCTV. - No flexi, very difficult booking health appointments. - Toxic environment IMO. Not sure why some tenured staff think they’re great. They’re big fish in an extremely small pond. - Appears to have been a directive on the 5th of October 2023 to post positive reviews of the place on Glassdoor. All opinions expressed are based on my own experience.
