      Pros

      Flexible working Small discounts with Woolies, bws, Dan Murphy and pubs Some people are great to work with

      Cons

      Career progression is focus on how loud you can be in the practice and how visible you are and not based on your performance or things you contribute. Not very supportive and leader are almost always absent or on vacation. Below national average for salary I’ve also seen that designers who works very efficient and hard doesn’t get recognised for their hard work

      - Multi-cloud exposure - e-Comm exposure - Multi-state teams - Talented in house tech knowledge for a retail business

      Cons

      - Senior Leadership completely out of touch and tone deaf management approach (Late 2025-*) - Focus is bottom line $ and shareholder, at the detriment of employee retention - SL have all but abolished the attractive flexibility that WAS a serious draw card for professionals out of Sydney - Bureaucracy/Red tape at all time highs - Growth opportunities limited - resistance at every stage
