I work at a creative agency. A few clients also work with endeavor. Whenever we have to work on a project together it is very difficult and the endeavor team is extremely unprofessional. They don’t show up to key client meetings, don’t hand in assignments on time, and generally act like they think the clients are idiots.
Cons
This has happened so many times across multiple projects and clients. The clients have to assign multiple people to ensure endeavor folks respond, come through, and actually participate in meetings. But, it doesn’t work. I’m wondering how the endeavor team acts with other clients?? This can’t always be the case right?
